Bedroom Furniture Buying Guide

Bedroom Furniture Buying Guide.

The ideal bedroom furniture needs to be stylish and practical, looking great in your home and giving you the functional requirements you need.

Start by thinking about the style or look you prefer.

Every piece of wooden furniture is unique, with different characteristics in colour, grain and durability.  Cabinets can be made from softwoods such as pine or hardwoods like oak, maple, ash and teak.

Lots of our furniture is available in natural wood or it can be stained and painted, we can even provide several ranges in Farrow and Ball paint finishes to provide you with a totally personal finish, unique to your room.

We can also arrange for bespoke sizes on several of our pine ranges, if you need a particular size chest of drawers or robe to fill an alcove for example it is possible at only a small extra charge.

The majority of our furniture is factory assembled, some of our very large or heavy pieces will need assembling on site which in the main is included in the delivery service, but some bedsteads and children’s furniture is priced for delivery only and not assembly, this is made clear when the order is taken.

Before you order please make sure your furniture will fit into your room and can be maneuvered into your house, some of our larger cabinets and tables can be taken apart for delivery, so ask us if you are concerned.  Once in production with bespoke sizes and finishes we can’t accept a cancellation without a charge.

For information on cleaning and maintenance for you furniture please see care guide.
